About Our Club

Based in Fort William, Scotland - the heart of Lochaber. We're the only swim, bike, and run club in the area, bringing together athletes of all levels for training, fun, and community.

Join us! Whether you love swimming, biking, running - or all three, you'll find your people here. We also love cake, bikes, running, and swimming with jellyfish.

You can simply request access to Spond by finding the "Request access" button on the website, or you can send us a message via contact form. In both cases we'll get back to you as soon as we possible.

Our seasonal membership is £30 and it's valid from October to October, however if you are joining the club in mid season, we'll calculate a pro-rata.

Definitely! You’re welcome to contact us, try one of our group training sessions, or join us at a social event - no strings attached.

No, all our coached, led and social trainings are free of charge. Also, you don't need to be a gym member to take part in our coached pool swimming sessions.
